Southbourne TableTop and Boardgamers about the club:
Southbourne TableTop and Boardgamers is a active and friendly wargames club based in the Bournemouth area. We meet on the first and third Sundays of the month at Tuckton Social Club (Behind the Citroen garage in Tuckton. BH6 3AA).

Times for the meetings are 10.00am - 6.30pm on the first Sunday of the month, 1.00pm - 6.30pm on the 3rd Sunday.We usually pack up and finish around 5 pm or just after. Free tea and biscuits are (usually) available.

There are normally a number of games organised and visitors(£2.00 a game) are welcome to participate.We pratice a first come first serve policy on tables, if you can't put on a game then we usually share tables/games.If you contact us beforehand, we'll arrange a place in a game for you or set up a table so you can put on your own game. Either way, you'll always receive a warm welcome and a cup of tea!
We game all periods of history, fantasy and Sci-Fi for those who enjoy wargaming socially with miniatures, strategy games and role playing games. Wargaming covers a variety of games creating historical and fictional battles on the tabletop. New members are always welcome, including beginners and juniors of secondary school age. No equipment or experience is necessary, just arrive at a club meeting. Yearly club Fee £16.00 Oap and child prices reductions.

Periods and rulesets currently 'in vogue' with the club are;

American Civil War (Fire and Fury and Civil War Battles)
Seven Years War (Age of Reason)
Napoleonic ( General de Brigade)
World War 2 ( PBI and Rules of Engagement)
Westerns (Rules with No Name)
Ancients and Medieval ( Warhammer Ancient Battles and Bloody Baron and Battles in the age of war)
Sci-Fi (WARHAMMER 40K and Full Thrust)
